Resumen El nuevo coronavirus 2019-nCov o SARS-Cov-2 es responsable de la pandemia más importante del siglo XXI: la enfermedad del coronavirus (COVID-19). La infección por 2019-nCov produce un estado de hipercoagulabilidad, que promueve peores desenlaces en estos pacientes. La fisiopatología de la exagerada activación de la coagulación en estos pacientes aún se desconoce y posiblemente involucre varios mecanismos, diferentes a los participan en la coagulopatía asociada a sepsis. El presente artículo presenta el caso de un paciente sin antecedentes médicos y quien luego de 7 días de fiebre, diarrea y dolor epigástrico, fue diagnosticado con neumonía bilateral por COVID-19, agravada por la presencia de Síndrome de Dificultad Respiratoria Aguda. En este contexto, el paciente desarrolla un tromboembolismo pulmonar agudo masivo, acompañado de un trombo agudo en el ventrículo derecho, produciéndole inestabilidad hemodinámica. Por primera vez en nuestro centro, se realizó exitosamente una fibrinólisis sistémica, con resolución del trombo intracavitario y del shock hemodinámico agudo.

Abstract The new coronavirus 2019-nCov or SARS-Cov-2 is responsible for the most important pandemic in the 21st century: the coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The 2019-nCov infection elicits a hyper-coagulable state, conditioning a worse outcome in these patients. The pathophysiology of the exaggerated coagulation activation in these patients is still unknown, and probably involves several mechanisms, different from those involved in sepsis-associated coagulopathy. This article discusses the case of a patient with no remarkable medical history, who after 7 days of fever, diarrhea and epigastric pain was diagnosed with COVID-19 bilateral pneumonia, further aggravated by severe Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome. In this context, the patient experienced a massive acute pulmonary thromboembolism accompanied by an acute thrombus in the heart's right ventricle, leading to hemodynamic instability. For the first time in our center in these patients, systemic fibrinolysis was successfully performed, with resolution of the intracavitary thrombus and the acute hemodynamic shock.

A concise exposition of the juridical history of some activities that nowadays are related to leisure, which, starting from the distinction between public celebrations and games of chance and private entertainment, attempts to link and characterize, on one hand, the most popular games of that time and, on the other, the shows with the presence of bulls. Through the text, some of the main sources that regulate said activities in the ancient world (from the Code of Hammurabi to the Liber Iudiciorum) and the Medieval Castilian legal system are brought up and analyzed from different standpoints and, at the same time, the ideas of polygraph Francesc Eiximenis on this subject are stated.

Exposición sucinta de la historia jurídica de ciertas actividades hoy relacionadas con el ocio y en la que, partiendo de la distinción entre festejos públicos y juegos y entretenimientos privados, se trata de incardinar y caracterizar, por un lado, los juegos más habituales de la época y, por otro, los espectáculos con presencia de toros. A lo largo del texto se traen a colación y se analizan desde diferentes ópticas, algunas de las principales fuentes que regulan las mencionadas actividades en el mundo antiguo (desde el Código de Hammurabi hasta el Liber Iudiciorum) y en el ordenamiento jurídico medieval castellano, al tiempo que se plasman las ideas del polígrafo Francesc Eiximenis sobre el particular.

This paper will briefly set forth the legal history of fires from an environmental and urban stand point, where the main sources that regulate it in the Ancient world (from the "Hammurabi Code" to the Liber Iudiciorum) until the Castilian Medieval texts (a significant number of local and territorial sources are analyzed) are brought forward. The foregoing will be developed always keeping in mind the basis for the environment protection included in the Old Testament and in the Koran.

Exposición sucinta de la historia jurídica del incendio desde un punto de vista medioambiental y urbanístico, donde se traen a colación las principales fuentes que lo regulan en el mundo antiguo (desde el "Código de Hammurabi" hasta el Liber Iudiciorum) hasta llegar a los textos medievales castellanos (se analizan un importante número de fuentes locales y territoriales), todo ello sin olvidar los fundamentos de protección del entorno contenidos en el Antiguo Testamento y en el Corán.

Beginning with the establishment of the Court in Madrid and the role of middle class in the Old Regime, the origin of the association of the Five Greatest unions is studied, as well as their regulations and their functions as a mercantile institution -when changing into a society privileged by shares-, and as a pre-capitalist financing institution and antecedent of the modern banking.

Partiendo del establecimiento de la Corte en Madrid y del papel de la burguesía en el Antiguo Régimen, se estudia el origen de la asociación de los Cinco Gremios Mayores, sus ordenanzas y sus funciones como institución mercantil -al convertirse en una sociedad privilegiada por acciones-, y como institución financiera precapitalista y antecedente de la banca moderna.
